AI eCommerce Support Agent

We built a smart assistant that handles the boring parts of customer service, like looking up tracking numbers and order dates.

• The Problem:

Customer service teams spend most of their day doing the same repetitive tasks: searching for order numbers, checking shipping dates, and copy-pasting tracking links into emails. This is slow and keeps them from solving more important problems.

• Our Fix:

We built an AI system that acts like a highly skilled assistant for your support team.

• How it works:

When a customer sends an email to your Zendesk account asking about their order, the system springs into action.

• The Process:
  • First, a "Classifier AI" reads the message to understand what the customer needs (like a tracking number or a return).
  • Next, the automation goes into your store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and finds that specific customer's order history and shipping details.
  • Then, it hands all that info to an AI writer that drafts a friendly, accurate response including the customer's name and a direct tracking link.
  • Finally, it saves this answer as a "draft" or "internal note" in Zendesk for a human to check.
• The Result:

Your team no longer has to do manual searches. They simply supervise the AI, check the draft for accuracy, and send it. This makes your business much faster and lets your staff focus on high-value work instead of repetitive data entry.
